Accor, the world-renowned hotel group, is set to deepen its collaboration with local company Construcții Erbașu. This strengthened partnership is marked by the signing of hotel management agreements for two new establishments in Bucharest and Oradea, as well as the extension of the existing management agreement for the ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas.

The collaboration introduces Novotel Living Bucharest Baneasa, a 150-room extended-stay hotel concept due to launch in June 2025. Nestled in Bucharest’s bustling market, the hotel will offer different types of rooms equipped with kitchenettes, providing flexible space for work. The ground floor will be designed as a vibrant social hub for dining, socialising and meetings. Other facilities include an all-day dining area, a cinema, flexible meeting spaces, a fitness room, ample parking and a picturesque open-air green space. Located opposite Baneasa Shopping City, it promises a convenient location.

The partnership also includes the construction and operation of a 120-room ibis Styles in Oradea. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2024 and the new ibis Styles Oradea Erbas is expected to welcome its first guests in 2026.

Accor and Construcții Erbasu have further strengthened their collaboration by extending the existing management agreement for ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas, located in the Aviației area and operational since 2018. The extended agreement will remain in force until 2033.

This strategic alliance reflects Accor’s commitment to expand its footprint in Romania and introduce innovative hospitality concepts in key locations across the country.
