1605 ET – U.S. stocks extend their winning streak to four days as investors digest a hotter-than-expected producer price index ahead of tomorrow’s consumer price report for September. Oil prices continue their pullback easing some of the inflation fears following the weekend attacks in Israel. Birkenstock shares close at $40.20 in their market debut after pricing their highly anticipated IPO at $46 a share. DJIA gains 65 points to 33804, the S&P 500 rises 0.4% to 4376 and the Nasdaq Composite climbs 0.7% to 13659. ([email protected])
