Work on transforming the eight acre site will start this month.

Once completed by the end of next year the site will be home to a five unit industrial and logistics scheme ranging in size from 12,905 to 52,250 sq ft.

The scheme is being marketed as “Access @ Eastern Gateway, Ipswich” and will complement the existing units already developed on site for Amazon and La Doria.

Greg Dalton, Development Director for Trebor said: “Ipswich is a key industrial and logistics hub in the east of England and we’re delighted to have worked closely with Ipswich Borough Council to secure this latest site acquisition.
