Kleemann mobile stackers make large stockpiles and improve quarry logistics
New Kleemann MOBIBELT stackers are able to build large stockpiles and aid in improving logistics in the quarry.

Modern crushing and screening plants regulate material streams automatically within the plant, in most cases. From there, operators shape the logistical design of aggregate operations by arranging and building stockpiles for storage and loading of final products.
Kleemann’s new MOBIBELT mobile stackers, the MBT20i and MBT 24i, allow for flexibility in product movement and stockpiling, improving efficiency.
Both stackers are equipped with a large 1.6 cubic yard feed hopper, made of resistant KRS (Kleemann Resistant Steel), which permits feeding of material with an edge length of up to 8 inches without any problems. An optional hopper extension, up to 3.3 cubic yards, is provided with an additional impact bar that prevents direct impact of feed material on the conveyor, reducing wear. Hydraulically adjustable feed and discharge height ensure fast setup is possible, and stackers can be used flexibly behind screening and crushing plants with different discharge heights.
These new stackers are equipped with the SPECTIVE operating concept, which ensures they can be run intuitively. Operators receive support with a central operating position, local operation, and the option of troubleshooting help through SPECTIVE CONNECT.
