Alibaba’s logistics arm Cainiao announced on Wednesday that it has officially launched a local express delivery service in Spain following a period of trial operation, according to Chinese news agency 36Kr. The company has further expanded its self-built delivery network in Spain, which currently covers more than 30 cities. It now offers “next-day delivery” services in major cities such as Madrid and Barcelona, and “delivery within two days” services in more than 20 cities across the country. [36Kr, in Chinese]
